SUMMARY:
We are seeking an HR Manager for a permanent role based in Cape Town, Western Cape

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Relevant HR qualification with at least 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
Must have sound experience I IR and Recruitment / Selection
Retail experience advantageous
Good writing skills in English as well planning and interpersonal ability
Must have represented an employer in arbitration at the CCMA
Valid driver’s license and willing to travel
Must have a valid passport
Shortlisted candidates will undergo psychometric assessments

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Represent the company at the CCMA
Recruitment and selection of branch staff
Compilation of HR management information
Interface with patrol to collect monthly report information
Consult with management, line and staff regarding HR issues for over 30 branches

Salary: R30 000.00 per month, Company Car, Petrol Card, Medical, Pension
