SUMMARY:
A leader in the FMCG sector seeks a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to relocate to a beautiful Agricultural town in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the HR strategy as well as the effective implementation of HR activities throughout the business.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications / Requirements:

HR Degree or diploma
5+ years’ management experience in a similar position within a unionized FMCG / Manufacturing environment
Experience in dispute resolution; talent acquisition and management; IR; employment equity and facilitating transformation strategies.
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
