SUMMARY:
Our client in North Riding is looking to employ an HR and Office Administrator, responsible for managing day-to-day office administration while providing dedicated
support to human resources and finance functions, including reception duties

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric or relevant NQF qualifidation
3 - 5 years’ HR Administration experience
Finance administration advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks,
prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills for interacting with employees and
stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry,
record-keeping, and document preparation.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve
HR-related issues.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee
information with discretion and professionalism.
Interpersonal Skills: Building positive relationships with
employees at all levels.
Knowledge of: Understanding relevant employment
laws and regulations, procurement and B-BBEE.
Time Management: Managing workload and meeting
deadlines effectively.
