HR Officer - 70kms outside EL

SUMMARY:

We are seeking an HR Officer for a permanent vacancy based in Haga Haga, 70km’s outside of East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

 

• Matric + 3 year qualification in HR / related field
• Labour law knowledge
• 2+ years’ experience as an HR Officer
• Basic knowledge of training & development, recruitment, personnel administration
• Proficient in English & Xhosa and good MS Office knowledge
• This position is based 70km outside of EL, with company transport available from central points, however, this would involve an early leaving time and a late returning time

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Personnel / leave administration
• Induction of employees
• Payroll administration
• Assisting HR Manager with HR Projects
• Assistance with skills development
• Remuneration and benefit administration
• Recruitment administration
• Employee relations administration
• General admin for HR department

 

Salary:  R10 00.00 - R12 000.00 CTC per month (incl benefits) + available company transport from central points
