HR Officer

SUMMARY:
Our client, in the FMCG industry, has an opportunity available for an HR Officer in the Bloemfontein, Free State area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Relevant degree / National Diploma
• Advanced computer skills
• 3 Years relevant experience in HR and Payroll environment
• Excellent communication skills in the local business language
• Must be able to work accurately with absolute integrity
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office packages
• Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s License (Code 8)
• Must possess good payroll analytical problem-solving skills

KPIs:

• Ensure absolute payroll integrity in line with HR strategy and company policy
• Prepare appointment documentation
• Ensure recruitment and selection processes are conducted in terms of company procedures
• Coordinate training and development processes
• Coordinate Employment Relations processes
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and follow up on ER issues
