SUMMARY:
Our client, in the FMCG industry, has an EE opportunity available for an HR Officer in the Bloemfontein, Free State area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Relevant degree / National Diploma
Advanced computer skills
3 Years relevant experience in HR and Payroll environment
Excellent communication skills in the local business language
Must be able to work accurately with absolute integrity
Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office packages
Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s License (Code 8)
Must possess good payroll analytical problem-solving skills

KPIs:

Ensure absolute payroll integrity in line with HR strategy and company policy
Prepare appointment documentation
Ensure recruitment and selection processes are conducted in terms of company procedures
Coordinate training and development processes
Coordinate Employment Relations processes
Ensure proper record keeping and follow up on ER issues
