Responsibilities include the following:
Human Resource Management and Practices
Employee Data and Statistics
Employee Benefits
Labour Relations
Employment Equity Plans and Implementation
HR Administration
Work Skills Programmes

Requirements
EE Candidate with Sotho or Tswana as native language.
Residing in Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) area. (Accommodation on site not available)
A tertiary qualification in HR Management
A minimum of 5 years HR Management experience that include all responsibilities as set out above.
