JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a company in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, is looking for a HR Officer to join their team.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 with Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Solid understanding of General Human Resources policies and procedures.
At least 3 -5 years' Sage VIP and payroll processing experience.
Working knowledge of HR practices, BCEA and LRA.
Proficient in POPI legislation.

Responsibilities:

Legislative compliance (i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA).
Talent acquisition.
Onboarding.
Performance management.
Leave management.
Remuneration and benefits.
Record-keeping and statistics.
Organizational development.
Dispute investigation and resolution.
Monthly payroll.
COVID management.

Area: Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

Market related salary offered.

Starting date: As soon as possible.
