Our client, a company in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, is looking for a HR Officer to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 with Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Solid understanding of General Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • At least 3 -5 years' Sage VIP and payroll processing experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, BCEA and LRA.
  • Proficient in POPI legislation.

Responsibilities:

  • Legislative compliance (i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA).
  • Talent acquisition.
  • Onboarding.
  • Performance management.
  • Leave management.
  • Remuneration and benefits.
  • Record-keeping and statistics.
  • Organizational development.
  • Dispute investigation and resolution.
  • Monthly payroll.
  • COVID management.

Area: Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

Market related salary offered.

Starting date: As soon as possible.
