SUMMARY:

HR Officer / Bookkeeper – Hilton KZN

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a suitably experienced HR Officer to join their team in Hilton.

Responsibilities:

• Full HR responsibilities excluding payroll for a staff complement of 75+ staff
• Recruitment, staff onboarding, training and development
• Disciplinary and performance management
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Travel to additional branches to resolve staff issues
• Skills development, Employment Equity, SETA, and overall HR planning
• Leave management and administration
• Bookkeeping duties include capturing and reconciling monthly suppliers and the bank statement daily on Pastel

• Qualification in HR
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must have own vehicle and driver’s license
• Proficiency in Pastel
• High attention to detail
• Excellent people skills
