HR Planner (1 yr Contract)

Qualifications:

Minimum National Diploma: HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent

Skills Required:

2-3 years’ experience within an HR role is a non-negotiable.

Experience within the Manufacturing/FMCG industry is highly advantageous.

Job Description:

In this role you will be focussing on improving the workforce in terms of allocating the right people to the right role,  forecasting labor demand, and performing gap analysis in order to further improve the efficiency of the company.
