We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Practitioner with a strong focus on Industrial Relations to join our client in the S/Subs. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for handling all employee relations matters, managing HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of industrial relations within the organization inclu CCMA
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Handle disciplinary matters and grievances in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
