JOB SUMMARY:
A coal producing company is currently recruiting an HR Practitioner to support Contractors on the MLOMP project through facilitating the contractor recruitment process, Reporting weekly and monthly local labour stats, Onboarding reporting and general HR matters.

Contract position - 12 months
Location - Kriel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Do quality checks on documentation
Ensure data is captured accurately
Ensure availability of information for client feedback and reporting
purposes
Ensure that all relevant information is available for capturing

Qualifications:

N Dip: Human Resources Management (Essential/Minimum
Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate Labour Relations Dev Prog (Recommended/Desirable)
B Degree (Relevant) (Recommended/Desirable)

Experience:

3-5 years General Human Resources operations, Human Resources systems, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection.
