SUMMARY:
Our client, a giant in their industry, currently seeks the services of a HR Services Analyst, to take up this 12-month contract. The role is unique in that it is a hybrid of Remuneration and Data Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and analysing HR and related data for effective business reporting & decision-making.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Commerce; Organisational Psychology; or equivalent.
  • Min 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR Data and/or Remuneration reporting and analysis.
  • Proven experience with performing remuneration and incentive calculations, administering remuneration surveys and working with incentive scheme and employee benefit rules.
  • Proven experience compiling and analysing HR data.
  • Previous HR administration experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, with a flair for working with numbers, identifying patterns and trends and possessing the ability to transform data into meaningful insights.
  • A curiosity to solve data management irregularities and find collaborative ways to embed good data practices within the Group.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with advanced Excel skills, and previous experience with HRIS and Business Reporting Tools.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide remuneration, benefits and compliance data and reporting.
  • Critically analyse HR data, identify trends, and make recommendations on actions required.
  • Support with administration relating to compensation, annual reviews and incentives.
  • Compile annual remuneration and benefit survey data.
  • Conduct job evaluations and is the custodian of record keeping of job related information.
  • Support the usage of HRIS by providing usage reports.
  • Report on HR review action plans, progress and scoring.
  • Respond to requests for HR information such as benefits, annual remuneration and market reference data.
  • Serve as the custodian of all original HR services records in the form of templates, reports, policies and minutes.
  • Prepare visual representation of HR services data and information to aid decision making.
  • Plan and co-ordinate HR services activities.
  • Gather and prepare relevant information and circulate timeously for stakeholders to action as required.
  • Track monthly spend and follow up where necessary, and effectively manage any cross charges and budget related administration.

  • Positive attitude and conscientious work ethic, with a proven track record in delivering high quality work.
