    The Role:

    An innovative and fast growing client is looking for an HR Supervisor on a  6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Johannesburg North. 

    Skills and Experience:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor''s Degree or Diploma in HR
    • Minimum 3 years'' experience in HR similar positions
    • Experience on HR systems of SAP and Sage Business Payroll would be an advantage.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written verbal)
    • Good administrative, planning and organising skills
    • Attention to detail and strive to professionalism
    • Negotiation and interviewing skills
    Key Accountabilities:

    1)       Recruitment, Selection, Appointment and Termination

    • Identify job requirements from line managers and prepare JDs (Job Description)
    • Support the recruitment selection process from job posts to managing interview schedules with the aid of external agencies
    • Draft employment contracts and gathering new starter
    • Manage the terminations process effectively and efficiently
    • 2)      Payroll Management
    • Keep and manage all employeeâ??s leave, attendance, and overtime records

    3)      Training and Development

    • Conduct on-boarding and orientation for new employees
    • Coordinate and arrange all training interventions and keep record of all training interventions
    • Coordinate performance assessment process and compile qualitative

    4)      Employee Management

    • Understand and comply with HR legislation including internships, Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and EE plan.
    • Ensure the compliance of employee disciplinary code and procedure
    • Manage probation and TES (Temporary Employment Services) providers
    • Organise team building and bounding events and activities

    5)      Administration and Management reports

    • Maintain personnel
    • Perform the HR hiring/transfer/promotion and separation
    • Ensure all benefit forms are
    • Prepare monthly reports
