Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the staffing process for both technical and non-technical roles across five dynamic countries: France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
Provide strong leadership to a team of 4 recruiters, driving performance, fostering growth, and ensuring team success.
Track and evaluate recruitment performance using KPIs, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
Continuously refine sourcing strategies to meet evolving recruitment needs and champion professional development within your team.

Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-impact recruitment.
Proven leadership track record, ideally within the recruiting space, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards excellence.
Experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Business fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages (French, Dutch, or Spanish) being a valuable asset.
