Our client in the Agriculture industry is looking for a HR and Admin Manager to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose: To act as a business partner by developing the appropriate Human Resources strategy and by providing professional advice, effective and efficient tools in all areas of the Human Resources field in order to add value to the business and to ensure that the best talent is employed and developed maximizing its contribution to the achievement of the company objectives.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Human Resources Management or any related field of expertise, a professional Qualification or association

Member of 1.Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM) 2. International Labour Relations & Employment Association (ILERA)
