HR and IR Manager (Generalist)

SUMMARY:
Our client that is in the Agricultural industry is looking for a HR Manager - Generalist to join their team in Letsitele.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Min 5 years’ extensive experience in a similar Human Resources position as a generalist, preferably in an agricultural environment
• Knowledge of employee assistance programs
• In-depth knowledge of all employment related legislation e.g. BCEA, LRA, EEA, UIF, Pension Fund, Skills Development and Occupational Health and Safety Acts
• Ability to draft Policies, Procedures and Protocols as and when needed
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection methods
• Knowledge of job descriptions, job evaluation, organisational and personal development principles; systems, contracts; employee compensation, talent management and succession planning
• Computer related skills - MS Office, Email, ability to quickly learn and use an HRIS system
• Must be literate and conversant in English and Afrikaans
