SUMMARY:
A client of ours is looking for a confident and professional HR and Payroll Clerk to manage the human resource function and oversee payroll processing for monthly salaried employees and bi-weekly wage earners.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

POSITION INFO:
Location:
Johannesburg

Requirements:

Payroll and HR qualification/certificate
Mathematics taken in high school
Minimum of 5 years' payroll experience, including experience on VIP

Responsibilities:

Process monthly salaries and bi-weekly wages on Sage VIP
Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding, and terminations
Manage HR policies, disciplinary processes, and staff communication
Serve as the first point of contract for employee queries
Perform company secretarial work including:
- CIPC submissions
- Annual returns
- Director changes
- Maintaing statutory records
Support management with HR compliance and reporting
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards
