Company with a diverse product portfolio is looking for an HRBP to join their team in Ghana. The HRBP will be responsible for implementation of compliance, talent management & performance management processes.

Duties:

• Ensure the implementation and maintenance for compliance for Human Capital policies and procedures
• Ensure implementation of EAP & Transformation targets
• Be a source of support for recruitment i.e., interviews, selections & appointments
• Ensure the implementation and run with the induction & on-boarding for new engagements
• Ensure that the Talent Management process is effective
• Provide appropriate Learning & Development interventions when necessary
• Provide advice for Managers regarding performance management
• Ensure compliance & provide advice regarding EEA & processes
• Manage all employment reporting & communications
• Ensure Ghana & the group are aligned
• Oversee the Company’s Employees Share Trust

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

Degree in Industrial Psychology
