HRD Business Partner Reporting

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry has an EE opportunity available for an HRD Business Partner - Reporting in the Rustenburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• NQF level 7 qualification within HRD/HR field or equivalent
• At least three (3) years’ experience in an HR or HRD (Training/reporting) environment
• Skills Development Facilitator qualification
• Extensive SAP experience with training catalogues, and Organization framework of occupations
• Sound knowledge of mining charter and BBBEEE reporting
• Be able to source data, extract relevant information, and write reports

KPAs:

• As the SAP Super user for Group HRD, give/provide advice and support to all operations
• Update and maintain the SAP Catalogue/ procedures – change requests, maintenance, and support
• Conduct audits on HRD information / reporting
• Update and maintain SAP and Reporting Tools
• Be the Skills Development Facilitator for Head Office and manage all tasks relating to this role
• General HRD administration
