SUMMARY: Well established manufacturing concern based in Vaal Triangle
POSITION INFO: National Diploma Training and Development. At least 3 years of training and development experience specifically within a manufacturing sector essential. Identify training needs in conjunction with line management within the allocated area of responsibility. Develop and/or evaluate existing operational training programs to meet operational requirements. Develop and assist with job competency assessments. Source and recommend suitable external training courses aligned with business/employee needs.
