Duties: Administer, maintain and optimise the SAGE 300 HRIS and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platform. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of employee and payroll-related data. Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics. Configure HR workflows, approvals and ESS functionality. Support payroll integration, month-end and year-end processing. Provide system support, user training and troubleshooting. Drive HRIS enhancements, upgrades and continuous process improvements. Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and statutory reporting standards. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field (NQF Level 6). Formal certification or training in SAGE 300 or SAGE Premier HR (essential). Experience: 5 years' experience administering HR Information Systems. Proven experience working with SAGE 300\/Premier HR and Employee Self-Service (ESS). Strong HR data management, reporting and workflow configuration experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A solid understanding of HR and payroll processes. Experience with system integrations, automation and HR technology. Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
