HRMS Specialist

Our client is an expertise shared services company offering a dynamic and vibrant work environment that is conducive to creativity and productivity and encourages employees to work together to achieve set outcomes across numerous industries. A specialised HR Management System Specialist is required to join their team in Pretoria East. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining integrity & reliability of the HRMS system & data
• Assist in designing & maintaining essential workflows within the HRMS system
• Evaluate & monitor performance of the HRMS system
• Compile & submit all necessary HR reporting & provide ad hoc reporting when required
• Complete payroll transactions & assist with any payroll and/or HR related queries when required
• Assist with the annual WSP & ATR reporting and submissions
• Assist with all audit reporting and submissions when required
• Constant evaluation of current processes in order to identify and recommend areas of improvement and streamlining

Requirements:

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Payroll will be advantageous
• Practical Knowledge of HR & Payroll best practice principles, legislation, processing and reconciliations
• Clear Criminal & ITC records
• Advanced MS Excel Proficiency
• Experience in Database Management, WSP and ATR Reporting, BEE and EE Audit Reporting and Third Party Audit Reporting is essential
