HSE Supervisor GS (SG)
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Minimum high school graduated.
5 years’ experience in O&G industry.
Minimum 3 years site exposure (production / drilling / construction yard / Logistic).
MASTER level for Portuguese and English languages, if French spoken, it’s PLUS.
HSE trainings; incident investigation - CTA, safety engineering, Risk Assessment, Basic Safety Training, HUET.
Communication skills; ability to present.
IT abilities; MASTER in Excel.
Availability – site missions (offshore and onshore).
Job Description:
Ensure compliance with Company HSE management system (One MAESTRO).
Ensure respect of Total HSE Group Rules and TEPA referential.
Promote Safety Culture, HSE initiatives.
Site presentation on referential change or new referential.
Ensure Safety Operations procedure application and perform audit.
Perform gap analysis on new HQ referential.
Ensure HSE events classification quality control in synergy database.
Consolidate all technical entities annual HSE program and follow up execution.
Consolidate SG Safety Operations performance KPI.
Lead HSE events requiring investigation through CTA (Cause Tree Analysis). CTA presentation to entities/ sites.
Ensure quality review to Lessons Learned (REX) following CTA.
Perform and review Job Risk Assessment.
Ensure assistance on hazard identification & risk assessments for new projects.
Ensure HSE audit & inspection actions plan close out related to Safety Operations entity.
Participate / Assist on Call For Tender – Participate to the HSE performances evaluation.
Sites Visits and punctual assistance/missions upon request.
Perform HSE entity reporting.
Prepare and ensure HSE site Committees Meetings.
Participate on SG contractors Service Quality Meetings
Update Contractors’ Bridging Document and ensure quality Control.
Promote and ensure good environmental compliance practices With ISO 14001 certification, liaising with TEPA
Environmental entity.
Follow up and provides necessary support to Contractor vehicle record (GPS system) in close collaboration with the
transport department. Ensure road safety KPIs update.
