HSSE Specialist – DRC

POSITION INFO:

HSSE Specialist – DRC  

• Experience in international development and exploration activities.  Preferably in the regions where the role will be supporting
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in collaboration with other like-minded team members and adjacent project teams (also delivering a variation of the system).
• Proven working experience in implementing Health & Safety initiatives or projects
• Good track record of mentoring junior/mid-level managers towards achieving organizational objectives
• Good track record of interfacing with and influencing senior executives
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Fluent spoken and written English language skills as well as local languages be advantageous
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Experience in Geothermal and Hydrological surveying and development would be highly regarded
• Experience in international security exposures and controls would be highly regarded

• Tertiary Qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline
