SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource professional to play a key role within the HR team. This role will focus on HR-related operational, compliance, and administrative activities such as documenting processes and maintaining employee records in line with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing the organisation’s HR strategy and ensuring efficient, effective HR service delivery to employees and management.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or HR Generalist role, preferably within agriculture or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and labour legislation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
