HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - AGRICULTURE (LIMPOPO)

SUMMARY:
A Leading Citrus and Fruit farm is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for their operations in Limpopo

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Min 5 years’ extensive experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in an agricultural environment
• Knowledge of employee assistance programs
• In-depth knowledge of all employment related legislation i.e. BCEA, LRA, EEA, UIF, Pension Fund, Skills Development and Occupational Health and Safety Acts
• Ability to draft Policies, Procedures and Protocols
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection methods
• Knowledge of job descriptions, job evaluation, organisational and personal development principles; systems, contracts; employee compensation, talent management and succession planning
• Computer related skills - MS Office, Email, ability to quickly learn and use an HRIS system
