HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

SUMMARY:
Urgently seeking an HR Officer for client in Durban CBD. The ideal individual will be responsible with Human Resources Department administration. Give support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

POSITION INFO:

The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position:

• Degree in HR Management
• Ideal – Honours in HR Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the managing a Human Resources Function
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes
• Sound computer literacy (word, excel and power point)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Provide support to the development and implementation of all HR initiatives and systems.
• Coordinate all recruitment and selection process for the client
• Assist with coordination of Performance Management contracting and reviews of the client
• Coordinate Training and Development for the entity
• Maintain employee records.
• Manage Employee Wellness Program.
• Assist with administration of Employee Relocation.
• Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies.
• Analyse trends within clients'' in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Providing HR administrative support.
• Manage all Payroll Inputs for client.
• Arrange HR related travelling and accommodations
• Minute taking for HR related committees.
• Actively participate in Occupational Health and Safety matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports and legislative reports
• Assist with internal and external HR audit
