POSITION INFO:
Human Resources/Industrial Officer
* MUST have Security Industry
experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing & Implementing HR strategies aligned with the Company's goals
- Conducting Recruitment & Onboarding Processes
- Managing Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Administering Performance Management & Improvement Systems
- Support in Employee Related matters, including Grievances, Disciplinary inquiries, CCMA & BC matters
- Coordinate Training for all HR Training, including MDP, SDP, GBV & EE Awareness
- Assist in Managing the SASSETA Learnership Programs
QUALIFICATIONS:* Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
* Minimum 2 Years' experience Proven in HR Management -
Security Industry
* Solid knowledge of SA Labor Legislation
* Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations
* Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
