POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Perform inspections, servicing, and component replacements on a variety of air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
Engage with clients throughout the Western Cape to coordinate and carry out maintenance work effectively
Travel to sites regularly to help ensure systems operate optimally and to consistently deliver high-quality service

Skills and Experience.

A minimum of 5 years of practical, in-depth experience working with chilled water systems (this remains essential)
Demonstrated expertise with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical circuits, control panels, and cooling towers
Solid knowledge of key electrical components, including thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings
A valid driver’s licence is required

Qualifications:

Trade-tested in a relevant field.
Gas license highly advantageous.
