JOB SUMMARY:
Are you looking for a half day position to use your PA / Administration expertise during the hours that your children are at school?

Our Client is requiring a dedicated worker to manage their administration portfolio in a varied busy multi-tasking role. Must be professional and very well spoken in both Afrikaans and English with your own transport.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12 – own transport and driver’s license essential
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
8 - 10 years proven administrative assistant experience
Must be highly efficient with accurate typing skills
Computer literate with ability to manage social media
Enthusiastic, flexible with ability to manage any changes in working environment

DUTIES:

Provide all secretarial, administrative and support duties for a small team
Anwering incoming calls and queries
Typing of correspondence
Manage related searches required for company requirements
Organise and maintain correspondence
Follow up on pending matters that need to be dealt with daily
Phoning clients for information required for their portfolios
Any adhoc duties required to be completed in the day to day changing of business requirements
Manage social media requirements and advertising updates
