A well known Law Firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Half Day Litigation Secretary (08:30-13:30) to join the team

Salary: R 25,000 ctc

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary, ideally in a fast-paced High Court practice
Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures and litigation timeframes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, legal typing (including dictaphone), and case-management systems.
High attention to detail with strong organisational discipline.
Ability to operate independently during the half-day schedule and manage workload effectively.
Professional communication skills with a polished, client-facing approach.
This role is ideal for a mature, steady professional who delivers consistent quality and understands the rhythms of a traditional litigation practice
