Half Day Temporary Dentist Receptionist

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established and patient-focused dental practice in Stellenbosch, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to assist with front desk and administrative duties. The practice is known for its friendly atmosphere, professional team, and commitment to excellent patient care.
 
The ideal candidate will be a warm, well-presented individual with strong administrative skills, proficiency in the Exact dental program, and the ability to handle payments and patient communication efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for every visitor.

POSITION INFO:
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• Time: 08:00 – 13:00
• Duration: 8 half days
• Period: 3 – 17 November

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and caring manner
• Manage appointments and patient communication using Exact
• Process and track payments accurately
• Maintain and update patient files and records
• Support the dental team with general administrative and reception duties

• Previous dental or medical reception experience
• Proficiency in Exact software is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and payment processing abilities
• Well-presented, reliable, and available for the full assignment period
