Job Title: Handy Man - Mechanical and Carpentry (automotive environment)
Location: Tshwane Metro, Pretoria, Rosslyn
Job Type: 3 year Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on automotive equipment
- Conduct carpentry work related to automotive structures and fixtures
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Install, repair, and maintain carpentry components
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Education:
Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical and carpentry disciplines
Experience:
Minimum of 21 years of experience in mechanical and carpentry work within the automotive industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to carry out a variety of skills.
- DIY skills is an important factory.
- The candidate must have at least 21 years in the automative environment.
- Ability to work methodical is a treasured and necessary requirement.
- Measuring and cutting to precise measurements and reading of drawings related to the task is important.
- The incumbent must also be able to measure and do demarcations for the workshop environment
