Breathtaking Beach Property is looking for a HEAD CHEF & FOH MANAGER COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

HEAD CHEF:

Relevant qualification
Proven experience running a kitchen
Experience doing menu planning and design
Comfortable with inventory, monthly and daily stock takes
Exceptional leadership and management capabilities
Strong administrative skills
Ability to oversee and orchestrate guest and dining experience
Ability to oversee vegetable garden maintenance and production

FOH:

Relevant qualification
Proven experience in a Front of House role
Experience overseeing and managing staff
Exceptional hosting skills
Knowledge and ability to oversee stock takes
Curio stock control
Ability to support the General Manager and standing in when the GM is on leave
Knowledge to ensure health and safety compliance
Having a proactive approach when it comes to guest experience

Live-in, 1 Return flight per year, Meals on duty, Food & Drinks budget
