POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Head Chef who would be interested in a possible profit share or an incentive structure.

Our Client owns a new 50 seater seaside restaurant that has loads of potential for growth and they are looking for a chef to spread their wings and fly.

The ideal candidate must be business savvy and have experience with stock controls, cost calculations, gp''s, general accounting, etc.
 
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the entire operation and shall be controlling and directing the food preparation process and delivery.

You shall be given the opportunity to create your own menu items & will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
Our Client owns a well-known, busy pub establishment that is separate to an upstairs restaurant in the Overberg area that has an ocean view and regular clientele

Head Chef | Overberg area | Trendy Bar and Restaurant
We are currently looking for a HEAD CHEF to join the team of a new opening Bar and Restaurant in the Overberg area. Here guest will be able to relax in the cool looking Bar and enjoy a delicious and interesting meal that will satisfy everyone’s appetite.
As ideal candidate for the Head Chef position, you will have:

  • At least 3 years previous experience from a Restaurant
  • Attention to detail to execute the perfect dish
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be savvy with ideas and business
