Our client in the Hospitality industry based near Grahamstown seeks to appoint an experienced Head Chef to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a kitchen – at a fine dining level.
• Shift work.

Responsibilities and desired qualities:

• Good stock control.
• Menu design.
• Work well under pressure.
• Creative.
• Good at training.
• Enthusiastic.
• Team player.
