Our client in the Hospitality industry based near Grahamstown seeks to appoint an experienced Head Chef to join their dynamic '5 star' team. A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a fine dining level is required. Please note this is a live in position.

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate.
Driver’s License.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a kitchen – at a fine dining level.
Shift work.

Responsibilities and desired qualities:

Good stock control.
Menu design.
Work well under pressure.
Creative.
Good at training.
Enthusiastic.
Team player.
