POSITION INFO:
HEAD CHEF
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in a Head or Executive Chef role
✅ Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
✅ Expertise in menu development, stock control, and team supervision
✅ Experience in casual or fine dining environments
✅ Culinary qualification or relevant certification
✅ Willing to relocate internationally

SOUS CHEF
Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
✅ Ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations
✅ Skilled in team supervision and quality control
✅ Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
✅ Ready and willing to relocate internationally

COMMIS CHEF
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years of kitchen experience
✅ Passion for food and a willingness to grow
✅ Ability to follow recipes and uphold hygiene standards
✅ Culinary certificate or strong on-the-job training
✅ Open to international relocation
