HEAD CHEF
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a Head or Executive Chef role

Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
â
Expertise in menu development, stock control, and team supervision
â
Experience in casual or fine dining environments
â
Culinary qualification or relevant certification
â
Willing to relocate internationally
SOUS CHEF
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
â
Ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations
â
Skilled in team supervision and quality control
â
Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
â
Ready and willing to relocate internationally
COMMIS CHEF
Requirements:
â
1–3 years of kitchen experience
â
Passion for food and a willingness to grow
â
Ability to follow recipes and uphold hygiene standards
â
Culinary certificate or strong on-the-job training
â
Open to international relocation
