• Assist the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team (Sous Chef).
• Drive operational excellence and ensure all aspects of the kitchen align with their luxury brand standards.
• Develop innovative menus that enhance guest experiences and reflect the latest culinary trends (Head Chef).
• Contribute to the development of innovative menus (Sous Chef).
• Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage kitchen budgets, oversee performance metrics, and ensure profitability without compromising quality (Head Chef).
• Assist in managing kitchen budgets and overseeing performance metrics (Sous Chef).
