POSITION INFO:

As the Head of Data and Digital, you will play a critical role in defining and executing enterprise-wide digital, AI, and data strategies that support long-term business objectives and operational excellence. You will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive innovation, maximise the value of data assets, and establish scalable digital capabilities across the organisation. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can bridge business and technology, influence at executive level, and deliver transformative outcomes through data, analytics, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of enterprise Digital, AI, and Data & Analytics strategies Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives Oversee the Digital, AI, and Data & Analytics portfolio, ensuring value delivery and strategic alignment Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that support innovation and business growth Establish governance frameworks for data, analytics, architecture, and technology investments Monitor portfolio performance, ROI, and business value realisation Ensure compliance with security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver strategic technology outcomes Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams across data, analytics, and digital functions Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification, Master's Degree, or MBA Experience: 10+ years' experience in digital transformation, data, analytics, or technology leadership roles Minimum 5 years' experience leading Digital and Data & Analytics functions Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide digital and data initiatives Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms and transformation programmes Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and Digital technologies Experience with SAP ecosystems including SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP ECC Strong Power BI and data visualisation expertise Experience with data governance, data modelling, and ETL development Proficiency in SQL and exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Additional Requirements: Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities Strong strategic thinking and business acumen Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong project and portfolio management capabilities Ability to drive innovation, change, and business value through technology Apply now!
