As the Head Engineer, you will lead the technical operations across water and CSD lines, including utilities and process systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bottled water and CSD production including RO, filtration, ozonation, UV, blowing, filling, labelling, packaging, and conveyors.
- Oversee utilities such as chillers, compressors, generators, boilers, cooling towers, and COâ plants.
- Lead design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and systems.
- Supervise laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and personnel training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in CSD production.
- Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to commit to a 3-year contract.
- Valid passport (minimum 2 years), good health certificate, and required vaccinations.
- African experience is an advantage.
