JOB SUMMARY:
To identify, negotiate with, onboard and manage 3rd party and internal partnerships who are onboarded into the LookSee marketplace. To define and monitor the quality of products and services loaded by partners onto the marketplace.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Outputs Strategy

Identifies new and/or existing partners that could be placed on the LookSee marketplace to deliver on our objectives (e.g., water saving solution, energy saving solutions).

Client

Ensures that the client experience requirements have been articulated and implemented successfully on the platform (e.g., CX matters, value propositions, service levels, processes, etc.).
Provides input into acquisition, engagement and retention solutions based on customer experience feedback and ensures alignment with partner selection.
Ensures adherence to risk and compliance requirements.

Product

Works closely and ensures collaboration between Growth teams, Partners, CX and UX/UI teams to ensure products and services are displayed in a world class manner.
Defines and controls the quality of products and services loaded by partners onto the marketplace and ensures adherence to all relevant agreements.
