SUMMARY:
Head : Regional Sales - East Coast / DBN

POSITION INFO:

Head : Regional Sales - East Coast (KZN to Eastern Cape)

The successful candidate requires a strong sales and business acumen - preferably relating to dealing with Short Term Insurance Brokers, automotive dealerships, fitment centres, vehicle fleet owners, government and municipal entities.

Products and service relates to experience gained within the audio, vehicle security, short term insurance products and services

Skills Experience and Education:

ï‚· A business qualification such as an MBA, MDP or similar management development programme
would be advantageous.
ï‚· Must have ten years’ experience in Sales and Operational management of large and diverse sales
team, including the provision of leadership to regional sales managers and their teams.
ï‚· Verifiable experience in achieving business growth in terms of sales and long term profitability.
ï‚· Excellent written and verbal communication.
ï‚· Strategic, intellectual and analytical abilities.
ï‚· Consultative style with influencing ability.
ï‚· High degree of emotional intelligence with strong leadership skills.
ï‚· Must have a valid driver’s license.
