Head: Rewards and Loyalty

You will be involved in the following:

• Building the analytical capacity to monitor, manage and enhance the rewards programme to deliver on the desired outcomes that the business is aspiring towards
• Identifying campaigns on an ongoing basis that will help influence customer behaviours
• Collaborating with various stakeholders (Marketing, Retail and Product) to ensure alignment and coordination of campaigns, service delivery and change management
• Managing budgets and ensure alignment on an ongoing basis
• Monitoring and managing the return on investment of the business case
• Identifying and recruit suitably qualified staff with the requisite experience to establish and manage the rewards business unit
