SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Head of Accounting, to join their team on a 12 month contract.

POSITION INFO:

The Head of Accounting prepares financial reports, analyses business performance, contributes to the preparation of financial statements and Board Packs, whilst ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies as the Company grows and expands. The incumbent prevents the re-occurrence of problems and continuously improves and refines processes in accordance with global best practice. The Head of Accounting ensures compliance through correct interpretation and application of policy and legislation and will coach others accordingly so as to optimise capture and reporting of business performance information to improve business decision-making.

Profile

Non Negotiable:

CA(SA)
8 years post qualification experience
Must come from Banking or Financial services
Management Experience
Operational and strategic experience.

Job Offer

12 month contract

CTC upto R1.7 mil
