Salary: R1.2million neg

AA//EE not required

Essential Criteria for consideration:

• 3-5 years’ Experience in Admissions or Enrolments of post graduate courses in any Higher Education institution
• 10 years Higher Education Experience
• 3 Years Management experience within a Higher Education Institution
• Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7), MBA highly preferred
• Must have the ability to work from home for part of the time

The Head of Admissions will be responsible for the delivery and development of a highly effective admissions service function.

Admissions will need to grow with the growth of the institution. It will support customer service by providing empathetic and supportive experiences for each applicant. The Head of Admissions will work closely with sales and marketing to develop and implement both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies for the institution to meet its enrolment, reputation, and growth objectives.
