POSITION INFO:

Our Marketing Recruitment desk currently has a vacancy for a Head of Advertising Strategy.  Our client established themselves in 2012 as a digital agency rethinking online marketing.  They are a small agency, enabling them to adapt and change to the ever testing and demanding world of digital.  They are a team of dedicated and dynamic people who continuously invest in people and technology to make sure they are experts and thought leaders in the industry.

Core function:  To manage a team within the advertising space.  To communicate, educate and inspire to ensure the continued progression and excellence of the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience working within digital advertising.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team of digital advertising people.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Be able to lead an advertising team.
• Able to think outside the box – be proactive and come up with new and innovative ideas and strategies.
