SUMMARY:
Accountable to maintain and grow the value of a portfolio of property assets (Retail, commercial, industrial, mixed use); and drives income and capital growth of completed buildings

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Responsible for and concerned with the business development opportunities by implementing innovative ways to increase return on investment within the existing property portfolio

Provide strategic input in the decison to buy, sell or keep assets

Porvide input into new developments

Balance risk and profitibilaty variances through effectively leading, intergrating and optimising multiple team outputs

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Finance or Management (NQF 7)
10 years Poperty and Investment Management experience
At least 5 years experience in a senior management role
Experience as General Manager of a Super-regional mall or Portfolio Manager of portfolio of retail assets
