SUMMARY:
Our client, an independent school in George is looking for a Head of Boarding to ensure that the overall pastoral care and supervision of the Boarders is of a very high standard.

The Head of Boarding will also ensure that all staff working in the boarding houses comply with the Health and Safety policy and all other appropriate procedures of the school.

POSITION INFO:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

pastoral care of the boarders
operational expertise and resource management
required administration

We are looking for someone who has a teaching qualification, three or more years' experience as a boarding manager.

This role does not require active teaching.

The role offers accommodation on the school premises, and is open to a couple.
